Umm ceez has basically been talking with caps all day while there were no mods online, most times he was told not to talk in caps, or not to swear he responded by swearing and talking in caps, i don't think he seriously did anyone any harm but he didn't listen to us at all and he clearly knew the rules, he's also been extremely dismissive and abusive to a few people but i didn't get screen shots of that, it was mostly directed at princessamalia (idk whats going on with those two)
